Rise + Flow YogaThis class an all-levels Vinyasa Flow class designed to tune in, awaken, and start the day fresh. Yogis will be encouraged to connect breath with movement while flowing through foundational poses. Each practice includes a pranayama technique(yogic breathing), a contemplation offering, and flow-style asana practice. Variations will be provided for new and seasoned practitioners.

Form + FlowForm + Flow is a mixed-level class designed to challenge, inspire, and captivate. Expect to work with alignment details, creative transitions and a full-spectrum of postures while exploring form within the poses and breath.

Climb So iLL’s instructors give a wide range of modifications to movements and stretches depending on each student’s individual needs. All yoga classes are suitable for all levels of experience, ability and flexibility.

Vinyasa FlowThis class a 60-minute flow class designed for those who have some yoga experience. Yogis will be encouraged to stoke the inner tapas/fire, elevate the heart (rate), and connect breath with movement. We will explore some balancing poses, backbends, and find our edges.
