Yin YogaThis is a practice based on the taoist yogic tradition. We hold poses for longer times and relax the muscles into deep stretches, playing with our line of discomfort and ease. This class  is designed to support greater flexibility, joint lubrication, and fascial release.

Rise + Flow YogaThis class an all-levels Vinyasa Flow class designed to tune in, awaken, and start the day fresh. Yogis will be encouraged to connect breath with movement while flowing through foundational poses. Each practice includes a pranayama technique(yogic breathing), a contemplation offering, and flow-style asana practice. Variations will be provided for new and seasoned practitioners.

Vinyasa FlowThis class a 60-minute flow class designed for those who have some yoga experience. Yogis will be encouraged to stoke the inner tapas/fire, elevate the heart (rate), and connect breath with movement. We will explore some balancing poses, backbends, and find our edges.
