Weekly Yoga Class Schedule

A Sacred Pause

Mondays + Thursdays | 8:00-8:30 AM CST | Virtual

Start the morning with a Sacred Pause. In this class, we will explore breath and meditation to slow down and tune in. Yogis can lie down or sit in a comfortable position. 

The investment for class is your time and energy. If you feel called to make a donation, you may do so via Venmo @ciarabrewer or ask me about other options. Typical donations are $5-$15 per class. 

Rise + Flow Yoga

Tuesdays + Thursdays | 8:00-9:00 AM CST | Virtual

This class an all-levels Vinyasa Flow class designed to tune in, awaken, and start the day fresh. Yogis will be encouraged to connect breath with movement while flowing through foundational poses. Each practice includes a pranayama technique (yogic breathing), a contemplation offering, and flow-style asana practice. Variations will be provided for new and seasoned practitioners.

Slow Flow

Mondays | 5:30-6:30 PM | Climb So iLL

Slow Flow is an opportunity to explore the calmer, more restful side of your yoga practice. In this class, students will practice about half the number of poses as a typical flow class. The pace is meditative, with an emphasis on calm in the body and mind. We hold poses longer, taking several rounds of breath in each pose, rather than moving quickly between poses. It’s the perfect way to set a the vibe for the week ahead.

Form + Flow

Wednesdays | 6:30-7:30 PM | Climb So iLL

Form + Flow is a mixed-level class designed to challenge, inspire, and captivate. Expect to work with alignment details, creative transitions and a full-spectrum of postures while exploring form within the poses and breath.
